The site runs three electric saunas — including an octagonal aufguss sauna — alongside a plunge island with four cold plunges, hot and cold showers, a community garden, and a firepit. Sessions are bookable via their app (iOS/Android) from £9.50 per hour off-peak, £11 for 90 minutes off-peak, £11 per hour peak, or £16.50 for 90 minutes peak, with concession pricing from £5 for NHS workers, students, and low-income visitors. It operates as a Community Interest Company with a social prescribing programme and dedicated FLINTA, women-only, and NHS sessions.
