Heal Saunas is a wood-fired mobile sauna run by husband-and-wife team Sam and Molly, operating from a pub garden at The Plough in Coton, Cambridge at weekends, with quarterly retreat days at High Lodge in Thetford Forest. Sessions range from one-hour communal or private bookings to two-hour guided sauna ceremonies incorporating cold plunge, leaf whisks, skin scrubs, and breathwork drawn from Nordic and Eastern European bathing traditions. The sauna and its surroundings are designed and built by the operators using reclaimed materials.
