Sæla Sauna is a wood-fired Scandinavian sauna and cold plunge facility sited in the Backyard of Cobalt Studios, Ouseburn, Newcastle upon Tyne. The sauna was handcrafted in Denmark by Scandinavian Sauna, seats ten, and is paired with three Chill Tub cold plunges and an outdoor shower for heat-and-cold contrast sessions. Open and private hire sessions run for one hour, with open sessions from £16 per person. The setup also includes a fire pit seating area between rounds, and operates on Friday evenings and at weekends.
