The Bath House — Banya London

The Bath House – Banya London is a traditional Russian banya and spa housed in a Grade II-listed former bank building directly opposite Buckingham Palace in Belgravia, London. The oak-lined parilka (steam room) operates at around 70°C with 30% humidity, and is paired with a 6–8°C cold plunge pool for hot-and-cold contrast therapy. Signature treatments include the parenie leaf ritual, body scrubs, wraps, and massage, alongside a full Eastern European food and drink menu. Sessions run as public or private hire, with timed packages ranging from a two-hour 'Just Banya' to the three-hour Banya Premium.
