The Wild Sauna sits on the banks of the River Stour at Whichford Mill, deep in the Cotswold countryside near Shipston-on-Stour. The Finnish-style, wood-fired sauna is built into a horse box, lined with aspen and alder, and seats up to six people. Cooling options include river dipping from stepped bank access, a spring-fed cast-iron bath, and a cold shower, with a wood-fired hot tub available as an add-on or included in communal sessions. Sessions run Wednesday to Sunday, with private hire and community seat options, plus Sunday mini-retreats combining yoga, sauna, and foraged teas.
