Beach Box Spa

Beach Box Spa is an all-year-round, wood-fired public beach sauna spa operating three saunas — Leil (a converted horsebox, 6-seater), Löyly (aspen-lined, 8-seater), and Lotta (cedar-clad panoramic, 9-seater) — on the pebbles at Banjo Groyne, Brighton. Each sauna is wood-fired with sea views, and the site includes a chilled steel tub, cool plunge pool, slipper bath, cold showers, and direct access to the sea for cold-water dips between rounds. Optional extras include handmade body treatments, salt scrubs, aromatherapy Aufguss ice balls, and bookable Sauna Masters trained in steam manipulation and leaf whisking. The site operates daily except Tuesdays and is open to both solo visitors and private group hire.
