Worthing seafront, opposite Heene Terrace
Fire, Salt & Sea is a Finnish-style, wood-fired sauna permanently sited on the pebbles of Worthing seafront, opposite Heene Terrace. Built into a vintage horsebox, it holds up to six guests and runs a 200 kg Estonian/HUUM stove with Finnish olivine rocks to reach temperatures above 85°C. Community sessions (mixed and women's) run from £15 per person, with private hire also available; the sea is immediately accessible for cold-water cooling between rounds. Sessions run Thursday to Sunday year-round.
