Community Sauna Baths - Hackney Wick

Community Sauna Baths is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) running outdoor communal sauna and cold plunge sites across London; the Hackney Wick flagship, open since 2021, sits in the yard of The Bath House at 80 Eastway. The site operates six wood-fired saunas and one electric sauna, alongside cold plunge pools ranging from 3–15°C, showers, and outdoor rest areas. Sessions are open to all and priced from £9.50, with concession rates from £5 for students, NHS workers, low-income visitors, and others facing barriers. All profit is reinvested into the organisation, funding free sessions via an NHS social prescribing programme and community outreach for marginalised groups.
