Saunassa is a Nordic-inspired contrast therapy spa based in central Newquay, Cornwall, operating from The Feel Good Building on Pargolla Road. Sessions move between a wood-fired sauna, an infrared sauna, wood-fired hot tubs, and a range of cold and ice baths, with morning slots focused on sauna and ice only. Drop-in sessions, monthly memberships, credit packs, and guided classes incorporating breathwork and yoga are all on offer. The facility has indoor changing cubicles and is open seven days a week.
