Ocean Soul Sauna is a wood-fired mobile sauna based at Crooklets Beach in Bude, Cornwall. The barrel-style unit seats up to eight people and features a panoramic half-moon window looking out to sea. Sessions can be booked as private hire or flexi shared slots, with sea swimming and an ice bath available between rounds. The sauna is also available for pop-up events and private hire at other locations across Cornwall.
