Stroud Sauna is a wood-fired cedar sauna with a whiskey barrel cold plunge, set in a private hilltop garden on Spillmans Road in Rodborough, with far-reaching views across the Five Valleys. Communal sessions (up to 8 people), an after-work happy hour, and private hire are all available seven days a week. An outdoor shower on the deck rounds out the bathing circuit.
