The Finnish Sauna at Mile End

The Finnish Sauna at Mile End operates two traditional Finnish saunas — Sauna Yksi (85°C, up to 9 people) and Sauna Kaksi (79°C, up to 6 people) — within Mile End Climbing Wall in East London. Löyly is produced by throwing water onto rocks heated by a sauna stove, and both saunas open onto an outdoor area with cold showers and whisky-barrel plunge pools. Sessions are bookable by the hour and the facility sits within a long-established charity-run climbing centre on Haverfield Road, E3.
