Fyrhùs Sauna
Hopeman East Beach, Moray Firth
Fyrhùs Sauna is a wood-fired sauna converted from a vintage Rice horsebox, stationed in the dunes at Hopeman East Beach on the Moray Firth in Scotland. Heated by a Harvia M3 wood-burning stove and lined with Finnish alder, it runs communal and private sessions Thursday to Sunday, with a community session on Wednesday afternoons. A sea swim is available moments from the sauna door. The same mobile unit also operates at a rural meadow site near Roseisle, with a forest location at Roseisle Forest Picnic Site planned.
