Luna Hut Sauna Bognor Regis is a wood-fired Finnish-style sauna hut sited on The Promenade in Bognor Regis, West Sussex, opened in October 2025 as the fifth location in the multi-site Luna Hut network. The 10-seat hut operates communal sessions of 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1.5 hours, as well as private hire, with direct access to the sea for cold-water contrast therapy. Alfresco cold showers are available on the beach, and changing cubicles are provided on-site. Sessions are booked online via the Periode platform.
