Sauna Hut Wales is a handcrafted, wood-fired mobile sauna built on a truck, operating across four rotating locations on the Gower Peninsula and Swansea coast: Mumbles (Knab Rock), Langland Bay, Parkmill, and Porth Einon. Sessions run weekly on Saturdays and Sundays, with one monthly visit to each of the latter two sites. Cold-water cooling is available at every location — via a 5ft cold-water tub, direct sea access, or river entry at Parkmill — and the hot-cold-rest cycle sits at the heart of the offering. Shared seats and private group hire (up to eight) can both be booked online through Acuity Scheduling.
