Solace Sauna is a wood-fired mobile sauna operating at Lepe Beach, Lepe Country Park on the Hampshire coast, with communal and private sessions available Friday to Sunday. The sauna runs at 70–90°C and is paired with a cold plunge, cold shower, and direct access to the sea for contrast therapy. Sensory sauna rituals with aromatherapy, leaf whisking, and body treatments are also available by request. The operator prioritises eco-friendly practices, including a low-emission stove, solar lighting, and sustainably sourced materials.
