The Nomadic Sauna
Multiple sites across the Sussex coast and countryside
The Nomadic Sauna operates wood-fired saunas across four Sussex locations: Kingston Beach in Southwick, Seaford Beach, Shoreham Sailing Club on the River Adur, and Swanborough Lake near Lewes. Sessions run as community slots or private hire, with cold plunge dip tanks on site and open-water swimming available at most locations. The Swanborough Lake site adds lifeguarded wild swimming and cold showers in a countryside setting, while the coastal sites sit directly on the beach. Bookings are made online through an Acuity Scheduling system, with same-day availability managed by text.
