Escape Sauna operates two cliffside sauna cabins — one wood-fired, one electric — on the headland at Quarrel Sands above the Firth of Forth, adjacent to Drift Coffeehouse near North Berwick. Both cabins are available as open community sessions or full private hire for up to five guests, each 65-minute session paired with access to a cold plunge pool. The site sits within easy reach of coastal walking routes and sea-swimming spots, and Edinburgh is roughly 40 minutes away by train.
