Escape to the Sauna operates wood-fired barrel saunas at two fixed Cornish coastal locations: North Quay, Hayle (year-round) and the Greenbank Hotel, Falmouth (from October). Both sites sit at the water's edge, with sea swimming, cold plunge tanks, and cold showers available alongside communal and private-hire sessions. Sessions are bookable online via an external platform, with membership options available for regular visitors.
