Kiln Sauna operates wood-fired community saunas at three coastal sites across Cornwall: Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth, Kiln Quay in Flushing, and Ferryboat Inn Beach at Helford. Each sauna holds up to nine people and was handcrafted by a local workshop, featuring a panoramic sea-view window and a wood stove. Sessions run as shared social slots or exclusive private hire, with sea cold plunges encouraged between rounds. The operator has been recognised as an award-winning UK sauna.
