Wild Bathing
Ganavan Sands, Oban & Tralee Bay, Benderloch
Wild Bathing operates two wood-fired barrel saunas — 'The Snug' (6-seater) and 'The Coorie In' (10-seater) — at coastal locations around Oban and Benderloch in Argyll. Both saunas are positioned at the shoreline, giving direct access to the sea for cold-water dipping between sessions. Individual seats and full private-hire bookings are available across a weekly timetable, with sessions running 55 minutes. The operation is led by qualified open-water swim coaches and also runs guided sea-swim events and multi-day retreats.
