Heart Sauna is a Cornish-built, wood-fired sauna set within the gardens of Newquay Orchard on Trevenson Road, Newquay. Community sessions run throughout the week for £12 per person (45 minutes), with two cold plunges and a cold shower available for contrast therapy. Private hire for up to eight people is also available, alongside a programme of events including restorative yoga and a monthly supper club. The site suits both solo visitors and groups looking for a regular outdoor heat practice in Cornwall.
