Henbant Sauna

Henbant Sauna is a wood-fired sauna on a permaculture farm near Clynnogfawr, north-west Wales, sitting at the end of the market garden with a large window looking out over the farm's Celtic rainforest. Built from locally sourced timber, the sauna holds up to ten people and is available for shared sessions (up to six), private hire, or open drop-in sessions daily between noon and 3 pm. A cold-water plunge barrel and hot and cold shower are on site, with access to the wider farm, barn, and café.
