Ilo Sauna is a wood-fired horsebox sauna run by Sophie Beckley and Jack Welch, operating public sessions at Wassell Grove Fisheries and Campsite in Hagley, Stourbridge. The converted horsebox fits up to six guests per 25-minute mixed-gender session, with a bucket shower available on site. Sessions run on Fridays and Sundays at £7.50 per person, with multi-session bundles and e-gift vouchers also on offer. The lakeside campsite setting adds birdsong and open-air surroundings to each visit.
