Matchbox Sauna is a wood-fired mobile sauna based near Highampton in rural Devon, operating public and private sessions at its home site at Lower Longwood as well as travelling to festivals, retreats, workplaces, and community events across the South West. Public sessions run for one hour and accommodate up to ten people, with a 600L cold plunge pool available for contrast therapy. Private hire and mobile bookings are arranged directly with the team.
