Saltwood Sauna is a wood-fired mobile sauna based in Sway, on the edge of the New Forest National Park near Lymington, Hampshire. Built by Dorset Saunas, the trailer-mounted sauna comes with plunge pods, dip tanks, and a cold-water shower, and travels to pop-up events, private hire engagements, and community gatherings across the region. Communal sessions at Lightfoot's Farm cost from £15 per person, with private 55-minute hires available at £60. It suits those after a flexible outdoor sauna session paired with cold-water contrast in a rural New Forest setting.
