STōKED Sawna is a wood-fired sauna on the banks of the River Dee at Mile End Mill, Llangollen, in the Dee Valley, North Wales. The hand-crafted cabin is fitted with an IKI wood-burning stove and an aspen-clad interior, operating at around 85°C with a panoramic window overlooking the river and Castell Dinas Brân. Sessions run in shared (up to 8 people) or private (up to 10 people) formats across 60 or 90-minute slots, with access to a cold-water bucket shower and cold-plunge tank between heats. It is open on weekends and selected bank holidays, making it well suited to day-trippers and groups visiting the Llangollen area.
