Bask Saunas

Bask Saunas is a wood-fired sauna and cold plunge operation set within the grounds of Tir na nOg Holistic Centre, a woodland site near Balfron Station in Stirlingshire, Scotland. The Finnish-style sauna reaches 80–100°C via a traditional wood-burning stove, and is paired with outdoor cold plunge tubs for contrast therapy. Sessions run for one hour and are available as communal bookings (up to six people) or full private hire. It is a British Sauna Society Approved Operator.
