Hota – The Pink Sauna is a wood-fired mobile sauna housed in a converted pink horse trailer, operating from Sea Palling beach on the Norfolk coast. It runs community (shared) sessions and private exclusive hire for up to eight people, with additional monthly pop-up dates at The Space in Burston, Diss. Sunrise and full moon sessions are offered alongside standard weekend slots, with the North Sea available for cold water immersion between rounds. The sauna is also bookable for private events and wellness retreats as part of Hota's wider off-grid pop-up spa package.
