The handcrafted sauna, built from Scandinavian spruce by Scandinavian Sauna, is paired with two Urban Ice Tribe cold plunge baths maintained between 4 °C and 10 °C. Sessions run as social (shared, 60 minutes, up to 6 guests), couples (private, hourly), or private group (up to 6, hourly), with hot and cold showers, filtered water, and a firepit area included.
