Nordic Soul is a wood-fired Scandinavian sauna and cold plunge operation set within private woodland at Chaldicott Farm, Semley, Dorset. The handcrafted sauna, built from Scandinavian spruce by Scandinavian Sauna, is paired with two Urban Ice Tribe cold plunge baths maintained between 4 °C and 10 °C. Sessions run as social (shared, 60 minutes, up to 6 guests), couples (private, hourly), or private group (up to 6, hourly), with hot and cold showers, filtered water, and a firepit area included. The site suits those new to contrast therapy as well as regular sauna-goers seeking an outdoor rural retreat.
