Aberpoeth is a wood-fired Arbor X sauna sited on North Aberystwyth Promenade at the foot of Constitution Hill, overlooking Cardigan Bay. It runs private hire sessions (up to 10 people, £80) and communal sessions (up to 8 people, £15 per head), with direct sea access for a cold dip after the heat. Monthly memberships are available, and the site operates year-round.
