Adventure Scilly operates a wood-fired sauna at Mincarlo on St. Mary's, Isles of Scilly, directly adjacent to Town Beach. Open year-round, sessions run as one-hour blocks with up to eight guests, and participants are encouraged to take sea dips between rounds for hot-and-cold contrast bathing. Individual open sessions (£13) and private hire (from £60) can be booked online, and the sauna also forms part of multi-day wellness retreats combining yoga, guided swimming, and trail running.
