Bide Sauna
Largs Yacht Haven, Firth of Clyde
Bide Sauna is a wood-fired, communal sauna located within the Largs Sailing Club dinghy yard at Largs Yacht Haven on the Firth of Clyde, approximately 50 minutes from Glasgow. The sauna accommodates up to 10 people per community session, with private hire available for groups of up to 12. Guests can cool down with a sea dip (dook) off the slipway or use the on-site cold plunge and cold shower, with views across to Cumbrae, the Kyles of Bute and Arran. The programme includes regular Aufguss, sauna whisking, yoga, and sound sessions led by visiting practitioners.
