Hwyl Outdoor Sauna
Saundersfoot beach slipway, Pembrokeshire
Hwyl Outdoor Sauna is a wood-fired mobile sauna sited on the main slipway at Saundersfoot's Blue Flag beach in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Previously trading as Sea + Steam, it is owned and run by Kerry and Bryony, with wood sourced from a local family business. Sessions run for 25 or 50 minutes, in shared (up to six people) or private formats, with direct access to the sea for a cold dip between rounds. It operates year-round and was listed in The Times' top 20 wild saunas in the UK in May 2025.
