Hálogi operates a wood-fired sauna from a converted horsebox at Royal William Yard in Plymouth, maintaining a constant 90°C via a Finnish stove and accommodating up to six people. Three cold-water tubs sit alongside the sauna for contrast therapy, with direct access to the sea for open-water dips. Sessions run Wednesday to Sunday on a communal or private-hire basis, with Acuity-powered online booking.
